Would you like to easily and simply retarget prospects on Facebook with highly relevant adverts after they have visited your webpage? Of course, you do. This is how Facebook Pixel comes in and can be a real benefit to you.
Facebook Pixel is a tiny bit of code that will 'follow' a visitor to your website around the internet and allow you to serve clever retargeting campaigns.
It sounds a bit creepy, but it is very effective, and the chances are you have been retargeted in such a manner by numerous websites and businesses over the years.
So how could you use this to increase your social media following? A candidate visits your jobs page and with the Facebook pixel, you can follow them around Facebook with either adverts to follow your company page or serve up job adverts to them.
There are numerous ways you can use this. It is very effective and slightly creepy!
